Overall Experience with Ambassify

What do you like best about Ambassify?

In my opinion, the number one strength of Ambassify is the ability to seamlessly reward our ambassadors through the platform and the gamification element. That really proved to be the greatest asset for us because now, in our community, we always see ambassadors screenshotting their points on the leaderboard and talking about how they're going to catch up to one another. So it provides a win-win situation: this feature keeps up engagement and keeps everyone entertained, and we get increased awareness in return.

What do you dislike about Ambassify?

The verification aspect is already pretty solid but can always be improved. Of course, that's not always possible with the limitations of social media platforms, but it would be great if something could be figured out to eliminate manual work even more.

What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Ambassify, we didn't have a software implementation. Instead, we used excel spreadsheets to track our ambassadors, their points, and all that. Still, it was a lot of manual work, and we were looking for a way to make it more autonomous and efficient, so Ambassify was a considerable improvement upon that. With the platform, we were able to ask all of our ambassadors in Europe what kinds of rewards they'd like to see as Perks from Plutus, and we collected a huge amount of ideas and data. On top of that, we now have a way of adequately tracking the results of our Ambassador Programme so that we have more data-driven insights, and we can therefore increase community engagement across our core social media channels. For example, whenever we ask our community to interact with our Twitter, we've found that engagement is 2-3x higher. These improvements are crucial for us because Crypto is a very community-driven industry where word-of-mouth and the interaction among advocates are a big part in driving awareness.

Automating the process

Plutus turned their spreadsheet-based advocacy program into an automated one with Ambassify, making it more enjoyable and fun for the Ambassadors.

Strengthening the community

Plutus wants to expand the program by opening up communication, increasing engagement, and gaining insights into the crypto community.

Starting with a pilot

Plutus's pilot included only 10 Ambassadors gathered from their community channels such as Telegram and Reddit. With their feedback and help they were able to expand it more and more.
