What you'll do

Own the Sales Pipeline: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from outreach to close, driving both prospecting and inbound leads with energy and persistence.

Proactively Generate Leads: Conduct strategic outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Uncover Needs: Lead consultative discovery calls to identify pain points, goals, and timelines, positioning our solution as the perfect fit.

Deliver Impactful Demos: Leverage insights from discovery to craft compelling, tailored demos that speak directly to each prospect’s priorities.

Drive Deals Forward: Keep your CRM up to date and move leads efficiently through the funnel, consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Collaborate for Growth: Partner with Marketing to refine outreach strategies and with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff post-sale.

Stay Agile & Evolve: Continuously assess and refine your sales techniques, embracing feedback and adapting to a fast-moving environment.

What we're looking for:

Sales Expertise: Min 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.

Persuasive Communication: Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, to engage high-level executives and decision-makers effectively. Besides English, you're also fluent in Dutch. 

Customer-Focused Selling: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to align solutions with their business objectives.

Entrepreneurial Drive: This isn’t just about following a playbook—it’s about identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and driving growth.

Self-Starter Mentality: Proactive, motivated, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deals, and meet deadlines.
