Versatile, community-focused ambassador plattform

What do you like best about Ambassify?

Something I found very appealing right from the start is Ambassifys flexibility regarding our customization needs, including element removal, workflow adaptation, interface adaptations and white-label options. That allows us to build future-proof solutions that grow with our audience. Another strength of the platform is the organization of content based on stackable filter criteria or definable groupings. With its customized UTM-tracking, custom member fields and exportable reports, Ambassify helps us regularly dig deeper and get valuable, segmented usage insights. The in-built, filter-based emailer makes it extremely easy to reach target groups, based both on custom and manual triggers. Last, the fact that Ambassify is available both on mobile and desktop takes into account the different usage preferences among (our) target age groups.

What do you dislike about Ambassify?

While it is our go-to platform to amplify any social & web content within our subsidiaries, Ambassify and I have been - and continue to be - in an open exchange about improvements on current and possibly new features. Early in the vetting process, I was surprised Ambassify did not offer a trial version in general. This has been changed in the meantime. While Ambassify is an out-of-the-box platform that one can instantly use, customizations are being paid for on top. Other than that, Ambassify does not yet provide automated options to display content based on location proximity or activity history.

What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Given that we have currently deployed customized Ambassify instances in all our subsidaries, Ambassify continues to be a robust platform to both amplify our own content as well as to allow its users to co-create. While our decentralized content distribution within an easy-to-use environment continues to be among our primary goals, Ambassify offers various options to gamify the user experience and to focus even more on content co-creation and community activation.

What do you like best about Ambassify?

At Infrabel, a company with thousands of employees across numerous departments, Ambassify has proven to be a powerful tool to foster internal connection and engagement. It helps us showcase the values our company stands for in a more visible and authentic way, both internally and externally.

 

One of the key strengths of Ambassify is how it brings colleagues together through fun and purposeful actions and campaigns initiated via the platform. These small but meaningful initiatives create a sense of shared purpose and involvement across teams.

 

As someone working in such a large organization, I personally appreciate how Ambassify allows me to get to know colleagues from other departments – something that wouldn't easily happen otherwise. This cross-departmental visibility is a clear added value.

 

The platform itself is intuitive and runs very smoothly, whether you’re using it on a PC or on your smartphone. It’s easy to navigate, quick to interact with, and the user experience feels streamlined and modern.

 

Ambassify also includes a point-based reward system, where you can collect points by participating in actions and sharing content. While this gamification aspect is not the most important element for me, it is a nice touch – especially since the points can be redeemed for Infrabel-branded items. As a proud employee, I find it a fun and thoughtful way to feel even more connected to the company.

 

Some of the features I find particularly useful include campaign participation tracking, social media integration, real-time feedback, and the ability to customize the types of actions available. The flexibility of the platform makes it easy to tailor it to your company’s communication and engagement goals.

 

Overall, Ambassify has helped us strengthen our internal culture and enhance our employer branding. I would highly recommend it to other companies that want to improve employee engagement, foster a stronger company identity, and encourage internal collaboration in a simple, effective way.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ambassify?

One area where there is still some room for improvement is in the points and leaderboard system. At times, it is unclear whether points spent on rewards are deducted from your ranking or not – it seems to behave inconsistently. This dual use of points (for both redeeming and ranking) can be confusing as a user, and it would be helpful if this logic were clarified and made more transparent.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ambassify?

At Ambassify, I like simplicity and intuitiveness. It is straightforward to add new ambassadors, introduce further information, and share it. The most significant advantage of using Ambassify is the time you spend as an ambassador/user. You need a moment and have the task done. The administrator has a little more work, but it is pleasant.

What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ambassify helps manage the community and provides content that employees can share on social media. Ambassify builds a community within the company and shows employees who identify with the company. This is a win-win situation for both parties. An employee builds his strong personal brand in social media because it shows well what good his company does for customers. And the company has a trusted source of good information that is directed to the employee's family and friends.
